I have held temporary licenses in a few states in the past, however, Pennsylvania is currently the only state in which I am licensed to practice counseling.  Consequently, I can only offer in-person/face-to-face services & telehealth/virtual services to those who are physically located in Pennsylvania at the time their service is being rendered.  At times, those who are residents of other states have traveled to my central PA location for counseling services.   

From our initial contact, I encourage you to work with me to help ensure your privacy.  The following form has an encryption process that if used correctly can preserve the privacy and confidentiality of your Protected Health Information (PHI).

It is important for you to be aware that this email form is not appropriate for addressing a mental health emergency nor conducting therapy or counseling.  If you are experiencing a mental health emergency you should go to your nearest hospital’s emergency room or contact your local crisis intervention services.

This form is appropriate for asking questions about services, expressing interest in scheduling an initial appointment, requesting a 10 minute phone consultation, and providing feedback about this website.
